Susan Boyle on TLC Documentary

Susan Boyle on TLC Documentary - “You Have to Share Your Life With the Public.” The Scottish singer who became an unlikely star on Britain’s Got Talent insists she's quiet and shy, but emerged from her shell for her TLC documentary, Susan Boyle: An Unlikely Superstar, to debut Sunday night.

That revelation came Friday morning on Canadian TV as a cheeky Boyle told Canada AM co-host Beverly Thomson she’d like to perform a duet with Brad Pitt.

“Brad Pitt, doesn’t sing but darn nice-looking, doesn’t matter,” she told the CTV nationwide morning show.

The TLC documentary is timed to coincide with Boyle’s third album, “Someone To Watch Over Me,” from SYCO/Columbia Records.

“You have to share your life with the public. They want to get beneath that public image, they want to get to know what Susan Boyle’s really like,” Boyle revealed in an exclusive Canadian TV interview.

“Susan Boyle’s really quite quiet and shy….mostly!” she added.

The singer became an overnight success in 2009 when she sang “I Dreamed A Dream” on Britain’s Got Talent, making her a YouTube sensation.

Boyle also opened up on Canadian TV about the frumpy beige dress she wore on the British TV show.

“It was originally bought for a wedding, and I decided to wear it, but it doesn’t match the black shoes does it?” she told Canada AM's Thomson.

And what about her famous wink at Simon Cowell during her now legendary TV audition?

“I’ve been through auditions before for television and had the door slammed in my face. So I said, well you have to be damn cheeky or you try to prove yourself. I was out there to try and prove myself by singing to them…The audience laughed at me, fine, but who got the last laugh?” Boyle said.
