Kate Middleton Rubs Belly as Pregnancy Rumors Continue - Is there something you want to tell Us, Kate Middleton? First, Prince William's wife politely declined peanut paste -- a food expectant mothers are told to avoid -- and now the 29-year-old royal continues to fuel pregnancy rumors as new photos show her holding her stomach.

Visiting a UNICEF distribution center in Copenhagen, Denmark, this week, Middleton was seen patting and rubbing her midsection, which was covered by a chic red coat cinched at the waist.

"It was very odd," an onlooker at the UNICEF event told the U.K. Daily Mail. "Kate would not stop touching her tummy --it was very noticeable. She continually patted it and held her hands against it. She must have been doing it without realizing, and at one point she had both her hands cradling her stomach."

Although William and Kate have only been married a short time, they do have plans for kids in the future.

"I think we'll take it one step in the time," William said in November. "We'll sort of get over the marriage thing first, then look at the kids. But obviously, we want a family."
