Justin Bieber wants justice in paternity case - First we assured you that it seemed very unlikely Justin Bieber was the father of Mariah Yeater’s 3-month-old baby. Now we can tell you that not only is the pop superstar going to take a DNA test to prove it — his high-profile posse of lawyers is also planning to file a huge lawsuit against Yeater, once Bieber has returned from the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast.

“It’s not that Justin or his attorneys expect to get a dime out of Yeater — she doesn’t really have any money — it’s just to send a message to people who might think about trying to pull a stunt like this on a famous celebrity in the future,” said a close Bieber buddy Sunday.

† Meanwhile, don’t believe those stories that Selena Gomez dumped Bieber over that alleged baby-fathering tale.

The couple still are very much together, but Gomez reportedly was extremely upset about all the “Bieber Baby” headlines — again learning first-hand how the fame game can bring a lot of ugly baggage along with it.
