Berlin Laughs Festival,  kept going for a long time and could not decide which side to approach the two small events that took place in early August in a tolerant and open to the will of Berlin. The first - is an international festival of street theater and pantomime, "laughs Berlin", the second - a demonstration for the legalization of soft drugs in Germany. On a thorough survey of the festival, which was attended by some two hundred artists, and to actively participate in the convoy of activists movement "For Freedom of marijuana," I have not had the time, so I took off only some of the individual plots.
